Shipping Charges:
Ireland €10, UK €25, Europe €35, USA €50
Free shipping in Ireland ONLY on orders over €75.
All orders ship within 3 working days from receipt of order.
Please ensure shipping address is correct and includes postal code & contact number of recipient before completing your order.
Rowan Beg is not responsible for lost/returned orders where shipping information provided is incorrect/incomplete.
DPD is our standard service for all domestic orders.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us on hello@rowanbegdesigns.com within five working days from receipt of your order and we will work with you to make things right.
To return your product please mail it to :Rowan Beg Design Studios, Tully beg, Renvyle, Co. Galway.
Returns will be accepted only within 14 working days from date of purchase.
When returning items you are advised to obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund
